We have an opening for a regular part time administrative-office support position.
Four-day work week schedule 32 hours/week.
The position includes administrative tasks, and supporting the Sales Department. The tasks of the position will include maintaining the company database; email; coordinating quotes; purchase order processing; recording of sales data, light bookkeeping including invoicing customers. Keeping stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. The position ensures the smooth running of the company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth. Candidate will have proven experience in an administrative position, plus great verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational abilities and be computer literate including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook.) Familiarity with international and government sales is a plus.

The successful candidate will have both excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to work with both prospects and customers within a specified geography. Experience developing a territory and delivering predictable results. Minimum 5 years experience in software sales with a proven track record of attaining quota. Account Management skills at all levels including tactical daily and weekly activity planning.
Experience with network management applications would be beneficial. Strong computer skills required.
